Surrounded by forest and countryside, you live in the middle of nature, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The chalet has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a sauna and can accommodate up to 12 people. The large living room has a sofa bed and a rustic dining table, the well-equipped kitchen with a sitting area is very spacious. Parking is available directly at the chalet. Prebl is an ideal starting point for hikes in the entire Saualm and Zirbitz area. In total, over 500 kilometers of marked hiking trails in the Lavanttal invite you to numerous mountain tours and circular hiking trails. The nearest ski area is the Klippitztörl with a slope length of 28 km. In 35 minutes by car you can also reach the Weinebene ski area with 18 kilometers of slopes, or the small Koralpe ski area with 18 kilometers of slopes and 4 lifts. In about 1 hour you can reach the Tonnerhüttenlift / Zirbitzkogel family toboggan and ski area. In summer, the St. Andräer See leisure center or the Stadionbad in Wolfsberg offer lots of swimming fun! The last 3 km of access is a gravel road, but it is very passable. The owner will take you to your holiday address upon arrival. Simply enjoy a holiday in the beautiful Austrian nature here. Es gab einige Kühe um die Hütte herum, die täglich vorbei kamen zum Schauen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Die Gegend ist ideal für Familien (Wandern, Baden) und im Wald spielen. Huis ligt afgelegen in ... Fijn, ruim en schoon huis met drie badkamers en IR sauna. Huis ligt afgelegen in een mooi gebied waar je veel kunt wandelen. Twee leuke en voordelige skigebieden zijn op 30-40 minuten aan te rijden. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen die je naar het huis toe brengen want dat is lastig vindbaar voor de eerste keer. Het huis heeft een houtgestookte cv die prima werkt, maar wel wat aandacht nodig heeft. De palletkachel is volautomatisch en behoeft om de twee dagen bijgevuld te worden. De open tegelkachel in de woonkamar stook je pas als je er gebruik van gaat maken. Hout en palletstaafjes zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen , electriciteit ook. In de winter kan de weg ijzig zijn en zijn sneuuwkettingen noodzakelijk. Wir waren 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) in der Hütte und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Hütte war mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet (Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine...). Jede Familie hat eines der drei Bäder belegt, dadurch kam man sich nicht in die Quere. Der Esstisch war groß genug für uns und meiner Meinung nach, hätten noch mindestens 2 Personen bequem Platz gehabt. Auch in der Küche ging das kochen zu dritte locker von der Hand, da sie dank des zweiten Esstisches sehr gräumig ist. Das Haus hat drei Ausgänge, somit konnte auch jede Familie einen Schlüssel mitnehmen und wir waren voneinander unabhängig bei Ausflügen. Die Anfahrt ist kurvig und die letzten km sind über eine Schotterstraße. Ich persönlich fand die Straße absolut okay für einen normalen Kombi, und auch bei Nieselregen war sie sehr gut befahrbar. Der Vermieter war immer super erreichbar und total hilfsbereit! Danke dafür! Wir waren zum Skifahren mit 8 Personen bereits zum 2\. mal in diesem Haus. 1\. Sehr nette Vermieter 2\. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch mitten in der Natur. Selbst am Tag hört man noch nicht mal ein Auto etc. 3\. Das Haus ist relativ einfach, aber mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. 4\. Sehr geräumig für 8 Personen. 5\. Wer eine ursprüngliche Unterkunft sucht, dem es nichts ausmacht, mit Holz zu heizen, der ist hier genau richtig. 6\. Es gibt wohl nur noch sehr selten solche erholsame Orte wie diesen. Das einzige, was man bedenken muss ist, dass man zum Skifahren zur Koralpe oder zur Weinebene jeweils ca. 25 km fährt. Im Winter sollte man mit einem Allradfahrzeug anreisen. Verhuurders zijn boeren van een dorp verder en komen regelmatig eens langs om te vragen of je iets nodig hebt of ze iets kunnen doen. Voor onze kinderen hebben ze zelfs een eigengemaakte zandbak komen brengen. Elke avond gezellig rond kampvuur waar je ook kon boven barbecueën. Hout vrijblijvend beschikbaar, Perfect huisje voor wie rustig en samen met de natuur zijn vakantie wil doorbrengen. De koeien die vrij kunnen rondlopen op de berg en die je komen begroeten aan de omheining van de tuin moet je er wel bijnemen. Hut zelf is niet meer van de jongste maar dit heeft ook zijn charmes en alle standaard comfort is er zeker aanwezig. Heerlijke week in Oost-Karinthië We hebben in september een week in dit huisje gezeten. Ondanks dat het een groot huis is, voelden wij ons absoluut niet verloren. We hebben de meeste tijd doorgebracht in de keuken, bij de houtkachel die ook diende als primaire warmtebron voor de keuken zelf en de aangrenzende ruimten. Maar vuurtje stoken is best leuk . Ondanks dat het huis oud is, is het netjes afgewerkt en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook was er ondanks de afgelegen plek nog behoorlijk goed internet (Youtube-filmpjes afspelen was geen probleem). Het huisje zelf ligt aan het einde van een onverharde bergweg. Best steil, maar goed te doen, ook zonder 4x4\. Aan privacy geen gebrek, de eerste buren zijn kilometers meters weg. De supermarkt is ook niet om de hoek, reken op 20 minuten met de auto. (Op zondag is er trouwens geen enkele supermarkt open!) Ook kun je heerlijk in de zon zitten op het balkon / de veranda, al moet je daar wel op tijd bij zijn, want vanaf een uur of twee verdwijnt de zon achter de bergen. O ja, wel veel wespen, al leken ze minder geïnteresseerd in zoetigheid dan de gemiddelde Nederlandse limonadewesp. Tenslotte waren de eigenaren (die aan de andere kant van het dorp woonden) erg aardig. Wij komen hier zeker weer een keer terug. Feb 26, 2018 #### Urlaub abseits des Trubels Ein ruhiges abgelegenes Häuschen auf der Alm mit viel Platz. Wir waren 11 Personen(6 Erwachsene & 5 Kinder im Alter 5-10 & 1 Hund). Wir genossen die Ruhe und die Stille. Die Heizung an sich ist manuell zu bedienen und auch zu befüllen (Holz&Pellets), und war vorerst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig,da wir keine ordentliche Einschulung erhielten. Aber nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit dem Vermieter, kam er persönlich rauf und erklärte uns wie wir sie am besten zum laufen bringen-und es gelang uns dann auch ohne weitere Probleme. Wer im Winter hier Urlaub machen möchte, empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall einen 4WD bzw. auf jeden Fall Schneeketten mit ins Gepäck zu nehmen. Da unsere Anreise etwas verspätet war und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schon geschlossen waren, wurden wir auf Anfrage an den Vermieter sogar entgeltlich mit den wichtigsten Nahrungsmittel ausgestattet. Fazit: Eine schöne Urlaubswoche ist vorbei und die Brentlhütte ist bestimmt auch im Sommer mal einen Trip wert! Danke-und beste Grüsse! PS: Der Kärtner Dialekt ist etwas fies, aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich und versteht dann doch relativ schnell ;) ##### Wolfgang S. Het huis was goed, maar de toegangsweg naar het huis was 3 kilometer onverharde weg. Dit betekent in de winter verplicht sneeuwkettingen naar boven en naar beneden. Bij dooi wordt dit een blubberige en gladde aangelegenheid naar boven en naar beneden waarbij een 4X4 geen overbodige luxe is. Ook is het niet makkelijk te vinden, wij zijn door vriendelijke en behulpzame Oostenrijkers naar het huis gebracht. Ik heb ook nog gebruik moeten maken van de OAMV (Wegenwacht in Oostenrijk) die ik telefonisch naar het adres heb moeten praten omdat hij het ook niet kon vinden.
