« This is a factual report, and not an emotional one. The manager is a kind, helpful person, but is the sole operator. I was in a room, which when I walked in was clean-looking. There was a light on, I had food in my hand, so I didn't bother to turn on any others. I sat on the bed to eat as there was no chair in the room. « The ac worked great.. The room stayed cold. However the room was dusty and had not been swept. The night shade didn’t work. I didn’t call the front desk to have the items fixed because we got in late. The carpet in the hall had not been vacuumed. The bed was soft and clean. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because a piece of the door was broken. Not sure I would stay again. »

« Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out.
