"Staff very helpful on Reception. I had a large family rooom that was very clean and although very warm there was a fan that I made good use of. Dining room on the small side so some guests had to wait for a table. Communal areas and carpets old and tired and could do with updating. Convenient for Victoria Coach & Train Station."

"Had a lovely stay at Luna Simone. The staff is very warm and helpful. The room was a bit small but comfortable. We were too busy exploring London to spend much time there. The area is in walking distance to all the main tourist points and restaurants and pubs. It was very quiet at night. "

"Ok so it was in the right location for the activity we were taking part in. I can’t say anything about the outer rooms however our room was at the top of the hotel very hot and stuffy with only a roof window to open. Room above a fast food outlet open till 2:00am. Window had to be open to cool the room a fan was supplied but that was more noisy than the fast food out let. Also as the window had to be open due to the time year we stayed, we were woken early by the light. "

"My experience at this hotel was exceptional. The location was ideal, close to major attractions and public transport. The room was good & comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, accommodating.The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. "

"This is a great place to stay for the price. We only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport for a morning flight. I was impressed to know that a continental breakfast was included, it included hot and cold items. This was my favorite part of the stay as the kitchen has a beautiful view of the garden and everything was spot clean and organized. There are a lot of stores and food shops across the street and its only a block away from the train station so its very conveniently located....

"Joe the Manager provided great service to us. Rugs could have used a shampooing. Kitchen walls could have used repainting as there were splatter stains from prior use. Communal kitchen for free breakfast was on your own to cook or make. Bread for toast; butter; jam; milk; cereal; apple juice; orange juice; bacon and eggs. Kitchen dishes and cookware provided. Communal sitting area for eating or resting to watch TV; listen to music or read. Change of towels on request and no maid...

"One night stay for work, met all my expectations, all good."

"The GWHH was a convenient an economical stay. The owners are working on improvements, which are needed. The rooms are basic but servicable. Convenient shuttle to and from LGW. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to town, restaurants, grocery and train station. We daytripped to London snd Brighton, seeing many popular sights and escaping the throngs at night. Loved Lunch at ShiRaZ. Quiz night at The Tavern. "

"Found the check in easy enough and had no problems with the keyless entry. Room was clean and the beds were very comfy. We also had a lovely view from the room with being on the top floor. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again"

"Arriving after 10pm greeted by friendly owner who advised of local fat boys cafe for breakfast which was indeed exvellent and good value. Room basic but comfortable and decent for a 1 night aray"

"We booked this hotel as urs closest to the royal albert hall. When we arrived, reception was very friendly and advised us thar we had been upgraded foc. We had a room with 2 floors, which my daughter absolutely loved! We all slept very well. "
