Located in the charming village of Eynsham, this bright and well-equipped 1-bedroom flat features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a cosy living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. You'll also benefit from free on-site parking, making travel stress-free.  
  
Eynsham is a friendly village with local shops, cafes and riverside walks, all within walking distance. The bus to central Oxford stops nearby, giving you easy access to the city.  
  
✔ Living Room: Equipped with a Smart TV so you can stream your favourite movies on Netflix alongside   
  
✔ Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box and freezer. Appliances such as a microwave, kettle and toaster come included. We also provide some of the essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, sugar and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Any last minute laundry needs are also catered for with a washing machine and we even provide detergent!  
  
✔ Bedrooms: Up to 3 guests can stay at the property across 1 double bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, which give you everything you need for a good night's rest including fresh bedding, bedside cabinets and clothes hanging solutions. You'll also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the bedroom too.  
  
✔ Bathroom: Take a soak in the modern bathroom, with a bathtub (with overhead shower) for extra space and comfort. We'll supply the towels for you and your guests in your rooms. We also provide complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

On arrival, the flat was clean and well decorated. It matched the description and photos. Unfortunately, the positives didn’t really continue. The lounge chair and sofa, which turned into a sofa bed, were quite uncomfortable. Sadly, it got worse, the small bedroom contained the smallest version of a double bed. Sitting on a metal frame was a mattress that closely resembled trying to sleep on a slab of wood. To one side was a long table and big mirror that added little. Without sleep our stay was ruined. A larger, more comfortable divan bed and this review might have been totally different. We had hoped the flat, which is convenient for visiting family, would be a regular booking but sadly will not be the case.
