When we arrived it was a long line of people we went to our room discovered that the people in front of me took our room with two infants and Luggage it was hard to go back to the front desk and told them they overbooked us. The same people that was in line with me the first time was in the lobby complaining about they had no rooms. As soon as we went to our room we noticed that the floor wasn't mopped our socks was so dirty I felt unsafe because the lock wasn't on the door. This hotel said they had two swimming pools but they only had one and it was okay environment for the kids but their equipment was so old the lifeguards have fallen asleep on their post. There was blood on the walls or makeup we told them about it and they had no rooms available. A couple days after we got back I noticed that one of my toddlers caught something because she's been having diarrhea for over your week now. This place is not safe unclean. I would NEVER go back or recommend

The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. The room was updated ish.. it was still in the process of updating. Bed was comfy, shower had hot water. It was exactly what we needed, just a place to sleep. Water park was small but nice. They need to have someone cleaning the always and entry area could use a moping. Elevators was dirty too. They are starting to do update so we will see when the changes fix.

I have described in great detail with photos to Expedia of the common area conditions and the fact that the stuff gave me a room with a bathroom that had not been cleaned. The common areas beside the main lobby is filthy. Floors haven’t been mobbed, mold is present, they have been under construction for years and it’s just band aid repairs. You can see rooms filled with old mattresses and trash, it’s just horrific. They should close off a portion of those rooms. No manager was on site on a Saturday afternoon as well.

The indoor water park is the perfect size for our toddler! There is a large pool of less than 2 ft of water for the little ones to run around in with multiple sprayers. The water in this shallow area was warm enough for our 3 month old to go in even! The only thing missing is a small slide for the newer walkers to go down. There are tunnel slides in this area and also tunnel slides into the lazy river. The lazy river heater was broken but the staff was attentive to get this fixed. There are larger tunnel slides that go into the river as well. There is also an area with dumping buckets, and the pool area has a large hot tub. There is no regular pool to swim in which is a downfall, but with littles it was perfect. The outdoor waterpark looks like it will have even more to offer when warm weather rolls around. If you are looking for a cheaper dells experience with plenty of things for a toddler to do and wayyy less crowds, don’t trust the negative reviews! Clean rooms and it appears they are making upgrades

I dont even know where to begin! This place was horrible dont waste your money people. They had no fridge or microwaves in the room, the water was scorching hot you couldnt even shower, the front desk workers told me to just share a fridge with someone else! I almost slipped outside from the ice and they had put no salt! They lied to me about spring break pool hours and only opened Friday and saturday and closed the rest of the days. The tables by the pool upstairs were so dirty and full of trash nobody cleaned up and the pool chairs were filled with mold! Horrible place never again.

I'm hoping that we happen to stay at a off weekend. Our lamp and coffee maker in our room did not work. Our first night the pool was so cold there was no possible way you could swim in it, it was like a polar Bear plunge. There was snow a day or two before we had left and there should have been salt put down in the doorways to get into the hotel, you had to be very careful walking so you didn't fall down. We got more snow before we left and with the ice underneath that snow I almost fell into the splits as we left. Otherwise I think it would be a good place to stay, they just obviously need to work on a few things.

We had 2 adjoining rooms which aside from the cleaning staff missing the cheetos all over the rug, the dirty toilet and a used coffee filter, the room was nicely updated. Key cards stopped working on day 2. Not sure what happened there. Adult/lolder kid pool area with slide and lazy river was closed for most of the weekend. We were told that something broke so the water was too cold. They did end up opening it up later on Friday but Sat, it was closed again. Apparently, something else broke. Major bummer with two 13yr olds. The property is being renovated so maybe in time, it will be a nice place to stay.

We got the older part of building this time. Last experience was great this time the room was pretty bad. There was like makeup smeared on wall, holes that they were trying to fix bit not fully done. Shower head was broken and the sink was clogged wouldnt drain down. So this experience was not the greatest.

It is very apparent that the marketing of this property is not up to date. The property has broken windows, doors with holes where the door handle and keycard readers are that are absent, carpet pulling up from floor where we tripped numerous times. Key cards constantly failing to have to get new ones, the hallways, stairwells did not look like they were vaccumed for weeks. Externally there was trash, parking lot was potholed, etc. It was absolutely notrosish. If would could have moved to another hotel that was less than an hour away from our event we would have. The hotel listing on 3rd party sites as well as there own is beyond false in both what the property looks like, let alone the ammentities. Will be escalating the experience and disgrace of the property. There were two fights each night on our floor and excessive marijuana use, to the point my teenage daughter would not sleep the second night. We went out and bought bedding to sleep over what was on the beds. The WORST experience!

I had 2 rooms, a suite and one with two queen beds. I was pretty happy with the rooms, but some things i noticed were dated appliances (microwave in double queen room) and a few trim pieces missing in the suite. The property appeared to be in the process of being renovated as some things were fixed and some were not. Other than the hallways being s little dirty, overall it was not too bad for the price and what you got. My biggest issue was the pot smokers. While i never saw them, it was obvious that people were smoking it inside the hotel which is why i had a problem with it.

This is a lower cost hotel and I didn’t expect much. I purposely chose it for price. The room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. It was after summer so we could not go use the outdoor area only because of cold weather. Not an issue with the maintenance or staff. Slightly disappointed that the indoor pool hours were very limited and the hot tub was closed but no major issues. Don’t book a hotel with this pricing and expect to walk into the Bellagio. It was nice.

The hallways were not clean, it smelled like smoke in the halls and room, the towel holder and toilet paper holder were both falling out of the wall in the room, there were holes in the walls in the entries, one entrance was not accessible closest to our room, there isn’t really a pool for swimming and the kiddie pool needs a ton of updating it looks very slimy and old and rusty - haven’t been here in about 7 years and you can definitely tell nothing has been updated , can’t even use the balcony attached to the room. Would not stay here again.

We checked in and they put us in an uncleaned room. Went back to the front desk. They gave us a different room. Went to that room and it was uncleaned as well: trash in the room, beds not made, construction dust all over the floor, etc. I went back to the front desk a 3rd time and she informed me they did not have any other rooms they could put us in. I asked if housekeeping could clean a room while we waited. She said there was no housekeeping on site and she didn’t know when they were coming back. I asked her to refund my money and we would stay in a room my sister had booked. She said she was unable to refund me and that I would have to call expedia. Didn’t seem apologetic or in the tiny bit sorry. Finally maintenance found us a clean room to stay in. Would not book here again. Not very clean. The hallways needed vacuumed badly. The kids had fun in the waterpark even if the lifeguards were sitting in the chair half asleep the whole time. Overall not a good stay. Would not recommend!

Received bed bug bites, and the staff/ manager did nothing to investigate my concerns or remedy the situation. I will never stay here again and never recommend this property to anyone I care about. I also have contacted the public health department.

Freezing cold water in pool area. Beds comfortabl!
The hot tub was barely warm. I take warmer baths. The water in the kiddy water park, lazy river and water slides was so cold no one could enjoy. They had tables in pool area and didn’t allow any drinks or food in area but the so called food area was closed. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. I know they are doing a lot of renovations but this is the second time we’ve stayed and the water pool area was freezing. We even asked if they fixed the heater before booking and they said yes.

The room was gross. Crumbs and garbage in the corner. Carpet was disgusting and flooring was sticky. Tables were smudged and sticky. Cabinet handles were sticky. Door trims had food or snot smeared on them. Light switches were gross. I felt dirty just staying there. Just disgusting.

Quiet and comfortable. Bed was a little uncomfortable, not attached to the wall, moved a lot. Room seemed to be in the middle of being remodled, seemed nice. Staff was very friendly and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The pool was not available the evening I was there. Overall, a fine stay for the price.

Room 237 Please clean the tub and move the sofa. The bed was GREAT! There are a lot of open rooms door on that floor that is not safe.🤔I would stay again.😴
