Welcome to the Dells Domain! Upon entering our home, you immediately notice the 9 ft ceilings and vaulted common area. The open concept living and kitchen area flows to the outdoor composite deck with a gas BBQ grill and 6 person dining set, creating an accommodating space to gather around. The main floor of this home features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a full-size hall closet, a large kitchen island with seating for up to 6, stunning floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace and a mounted 60” Roku Smart TV above the fireplace, white quartz countertops accented with gray and gold in the kitchen and bathrooms, full-size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, refrigerator/freezer with water filter and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, large sink, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee pods), walk-in pantry, and ample kitchen cabinets. The lower level begins with carpeted stairs that are met with luxury vinyl plank flooring in the common area, bathroom, and laundry room and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. The common area has a large family room with a wall mounted 75” Roku Smart TV, 6 person dining table, ping pong table, and dry bar. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and utility sink with laundry detergent pods available for your convenience. PARKING DETAILS: A maximum of 5 mid-sized vehicles can park on-site (2 garage parking spaces and 3 driveway parking spaces)-- Parking on the grass is prohibited. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles are prohibited from blocking the sidewalk– violators are subject to penalties that they are fully responsible for. On-site parking strictly prohibits RVs and campers. Failure to comply could result in a warning, fee, and/or towing. Upon guest request and homeowner approval, an additional fee on an individual basis may apply. PROVIDED: Bed linens and pillows for sleeping accommodations, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, paper towel roll, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent pods, laundry detergent pods, laundry dryer sheets, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, basic BBQ grill utensils, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, toaster, hair dryer, and clothes hangers. Super clean and spacious for our group of 10 ranging from age 3 to Seniors. Only 1 block away from Broadway where there are numerous activities and restaurants. Its nice to be within walking distance because you have to pay for parking downtown. Checkin is a breeze as you are given a security code for door entry. We came with our family for a few days to celebrate Christmas. For a family of 9 the home was spacious, and clean but cooking for the family wasn’t very accommodating. The pots and pans need replacing, no serving plates, only 10 dinner plates to use. No salt and pepper, very basic utensils for cooking, (one small spatula). Other places we’ve stayed have had a griddle, blender, seasonings, utensils for a large group. The basement was very cold, 68 degrees the family stated how cold it was to sleep downstairs or hang out. A few throw blankets would be nice to have around the house. No large table to accommodate us eating as a family. More seating in living room area, high back chairs for people with bad backs. The Keurig only had 5 coffee pods for our 3 nights and 4 days. The bath towels were small, we did get one small shampoo and conditioner but it’s not a hotel to have them refilled, so I suggest bringing your own. It was close to downtown which was nice. Another suggestion would be extra chairs or a card table and chairs. For a few people this may be accommodating but not for a large family. ##### Mary Kay S. This home is pretty much brand new with lots of room. We were very close to downtown and with in 15 minutes from attractions. We really liked the attached garage due to cold weather and we spent alot of time in the kitchen, along with lots of room to spread out and be comfortable to watch football. Super cute place with plenty of room for a larger group! Electronics worked great, well stocked kitchen, and fun activities as well. Great location as you are in walking distance right off the main drag. Only complaint would be a few cleanliness issues. Floors could have used a mopping and there was some questionable liquid on a chair when we arrived. Overall, I would stay again but grab a pair of slippers! ##### Jaya C. I love that it’s close to it all boat rides, downtown, water parks, restaurants, casino. Everything!!
