The restaurant has been closed for years and still has tables with condiments on them. Looks creepy. During our stay the parking lot was Full of construction vehicles the took up the entire parking lot.

Place was good during my staying, unfortunately the pool was closed due to maintenance but they were able to accommodate our needs and they sent us to another place , thanks to both receptionist, they were both great

I am sorry for the inconvenience of the pool being closed. We had a fire in our pool room and pool equipment. And for the room cleanliness issues, I am addressing housekeeping immediately about those so they don't happen again. Again we apologize. If you wanted to give us another chance Id like to give you a 20% discount the next time you stay here at Best Western Baraboo Inn.

All seemed clean. The shower was really bad, not even enough pressure to rinse out shampoo. Maybe nicer smelling soap and shampoo. Hand soap in bathroom would be nice.

Handicapped Room Reservations not honored.
Our stay was hindered by the fact that we requested a handicapped room when we made reservations 4 or 5 weeks ahead of our stay. However, when we checked in we were informed there was no handicapped room for us. I am 84 years old with crippling arthritis in all 4 limbs. Having to stay in a room not equipped with handicapped bathroom facilities, was all but impossible for me. The toilet stool was so low I couldnt get up wothout help. I couldnt get in and out of the tub at all so could not shower for the 2 days we were there. It made our stay very difficult. They need to improve the way they mishandle handicapped room reservations so other people dont have to go thru what I did.

I enjoyed the room...but finding the restaurant Permanently closed upset me greatly. I relied on it having a restaurant for my evening meal as this was on the website, and my reason for choosing Best Western in the first place. This was a blatant bate and switch.

First... the guy at the counter accused me of being a hooker and making out with someone in the parking lot and then he informed me that my friend was waiting for me in my room. Ummmm i was with my husband the entire evening, not even near this hotel, i live far away and have no friends in the area, especially males. It was disgusting and embarrassing to be thought of this in that way. Just a weird and disappointing stay all together that caused discomfort for both my husband and I. Would never, ever stay again. Disgusted to know there are hookers that frequent the hotel and even more disgusted to be mistaken for one on a family trip with my husband. Just gross. Class up

Perfect
We arrived somewhat early. We were able to get to room with no waiting. The pool and spa was wonderful after a long road drive. Breakfast was yhe best. Lots of choices. Looking to stay at Best Western in the spring on a Vacation.

We have been here before. Not many choices in the Baraboo area. The bed was soooo uncomfortable. Think its time for a new mattress? Other than that it was fine.
