« When we arrived the thermostat was locked and we couldn't change from cool to heat. Christian was awesome about getting that figured out for us and communicated very well. We did get the thermostat changed so we could be comfortable. One of the best hosts we have ever dealt with in our stays. »

"Lit super petit, ce n’était pas vraiment mentionné dans l’annonce. Nous avons dû repayer la chambre alors qu’elle avait déjà été réglée via Hotels.com. La personne en charge, au lieu de se renseigner directement via Hotels.com, nous a juste demandé de payer et de nous débrouiller ensuite… Pas de frigo, la machine à glace ne marchait pas. On peut franchement faire mieux."
