Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1318 welcomes you with warm mountain modern furnishings while boasting an incredible ski in / ski out location at the base of Winter Park Resort. Step into style in this fully renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo that features an open, plush living room, warm gas fire, private deck with mountain views, and fully equipped kitchen to whip up breakfast, lunch, or dinner at home. Both bedrooms feature hotel-style luxury linens and flat screen TVs and the bathrooms are updated and modern with luxe bath products to get you started on your stay. There's also a Queen EZ inflatable bed for overflow sleeping with guests show up for a surprise powder morning.

Speaking of the location, Zephyr Mountain Lodge can't be beat! Nestled in the Village and right across from the Gondola, you can ski home for lunch or happy hour, walk out to main lifts & activities, and enjoy all the shops and dining available at the base area. Additional amenities Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1318 include remote check-in, underground parking (winter fee applies), ski lockers, multiple hot tubs, fitness center, and more!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, King bedroom, and Queen size self-inflating EZ bed in living area. Sleeps up to six guests.

Everything you need

This was a great ski condo. It was well equipped, well maintained, good location (if a little far from the ski school). For instance the non stick pans actually were pretty fresh and nonstick unlike the usual scraped and scarred equipment at these places. Even though it was a holiday weekend the shared hot tubs had plenty of space. The inflatable queen bed came in handy. If I had to nitpick I’d say that having more bowls would help and also from the notes on the listing i thought there was washer and dryer in the unit but there isn’t.

We stayed at the condo for several days for my son to train and compete for a ski competition. It is nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Full kitchen with all the supplies to cook. Best location in the village, steps from restaurants and shops. Ski- in ski-out from ski locker room. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Winter Park to mt. bike at Trestle with our kids and their friends. Location was perfect. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular!

I’ll be the first to admit I’m pretty picky about where we stay in regards to cleanliness, but I couldn’t find anything I was unhappy with at this condo!! It was immaculate! We didn’t use any of the kitchen equipment or utensils as we found ourselves enjoying the amazing food spots just steps away, but it looked very well stocked for a plethora of cooking needs! Plenty of towels and even towels for the hot tub (which there are two of and felt amazing after a day of chasing our littles around the mountain). Our favorite part was the short walking distance to all of the winter park resort activities and restaurants! We didn’t even need to get the car back out of the parking garage until our stay was over.

Perfect Condo for Family

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location was in the center of Winter Park with quick access to everything. The unit was nicely updated, bed were comfortable & it had everything we needed. We thoroughly appreciated the wood floor throughout the unit. We traveled with a 3 year old so wood flooring was a must. The communication from the property was responsive and we were even able to check in early. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. Being right next to the gondola was really nice, walking out of the ski locker room and out to the snow was great. There is a run that brings you right back to the condo. The location is also so convenient to shops and restaurants. This was our first time in Winter Park and we loved it!

Great Stay

Would definitely consider again. This was a summer trip, the location was super convenient to the Alpine slide and other activities. The room was well stocked, spacious, and clean. It does not have ac but we opened windows and used fans and it was comfortable. The room is right above the front entrance awning, we sat outside and watched the sunset on the mountains each night. No pool but there is a jacuzzi, and bigger hot tub. Overall it was Really great unit!

Perfect for our family

The ski in/ ski out was perfect for our family with children! The location was central to the ski village area. The parking garage was so convenient too! The amenities and accommodations were just what we needed! We will definitely be back!

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

Probably the most confusing part was the parking and building signage of where to go in. But that is no reflection on the owner. It took us an hour, going around in circles, to work that out. And we ski at Winter Park almost each weekend since we live locally! The condo had "crud" on the floor when we checked in and hair in one of the restroom sinks. Again, no reflection on the owner. The manager reached out to see if we needed anything and PROMPTLY we received a broom (for the crud) and a stool. We were super pleased with how much the pm wanted to help. We placed the doormat in the hall (creator of much of the "crud") and got a nasty gram about leaving personal items, "including doormats", in the hall. Earlier that week one of my ski boots had been "moved" and nearly lost! It was in the hall and given to the maintenance department. We were trying to promote cleanliness inside, as we typically do when we stay in places. All in all, we'd stay again. The beds were super comfy and you could get lost in the master bedroom / bath. It was incredibly convenient and we also appreciated a cooler hot tub option. There are two.

Great family trip to WP!

Condo was in a great location, clean, updated, and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive. There were only 2 towels in the master for a 4 night stay and they brought them right up. We also got locked out one night and they were able to get a maintenance person to let us in quickly! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful ski in-ski out location

We really enjoyed our experience at the Winter Park ski resort largely due to our wonderful accommodations! This condo worked well for our 3 generation group with room to gather and space to be separate (like during nap time). It was very conveniently located to the gondola, the hot tubs, the ski lockers, and the village. As visitors from Ohio, it was SO nice to find that our hosts provided things like dish soap, trash bags, coffee (with all the necessary fixings), and MANY other conveniences.

Exactly as expected

2 upper 30’s couples stayed here to ski and enjoy the village from a mon-sat stay in late January. What you see in the pics is what you get, if not better. Ideal for our purposes and I got fast responses from mgmt.

Perfect location for resort activities

Location was perfect for downhill biking since it’s 2 floors above the bike rental shop. Would also be perfect for skiing too. The place was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The host left us some treats too which was super nice.
