This expansive ground floor condominium features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an ideal selection for your mountain getaway, and has been updated for enhanced comfort. Additionally, this specific unit is located at the end of the building, ensuring added privacy.  
The living room showcases a generous layout enhanced by newly installed hardwood flooring, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat screen HDTV, all visible from the spacious and welcoming sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio, offering stunning views of the Winter Park Resort. Adjacent to the main living area, the dining space includes a table that comfortably seats six guests. It is noteworthy that there is no air conditioning.  
The stylish kitchen features a recently added backsplash, stainless steel appliances, attractive countertops, and a compact wet bar area that provides extra space for meal preparation and storage.  
The primary bedroom is generously proportioned and includes a newly acquired king-sized bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equally well-appointed, offering an excellent accommodation option for additional guests, featuring a queen-sized bed and a Captain’s bunk with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, along with a private patio and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is ideally suited for a couple, furnished with a queen-sized bed, a private patio, and access to the hallway bathroom.  
This condominium encompasses an area of 1,234 square feet and includes two private patios. It is situated just a few minutes from downtown Winter Park, approximately three miles from the Winter Park Resort. Furthermore, a complimentary town shuttle bus service stops directly in front of the complex, providing convenient access to both the ski area and downtown.  
The property boasts a variety of amenities, including a newly installed spacious outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry facilities, and complimentary parking.  
Smoking and pets are not allowed as per the Homeowner Association rules. It is strictly prohibited for guests to smoke or bring a pet onto the property. Violators will be fined 200 per day.
