This delightful and spacious pet-friendly three-bedroom unit is situated in the heart of downtown Winter Park. The Trailhead Lodge unit provides a breathtaking view from the back deck, overlooking both the Winter Park Ski Resort and the downtown area. It serves as an ideal spot for savoring morning coffee, featuring an outdoor dining area and offering a perfect perspective for enjoying the evening sunsets. Families or small groups will value the extra bedding and modern atmosphere. The main great room showcases hardwood flooring throughout, enhanced by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island with seating for four. The main dining area features a large table with bench seating and seamlessly connects to the living area, which is adorned with numerous windows to capture the view, a flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, access to a private balcony, and vaulted ceilings. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and a twin daybed, while the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds arranged as custom bunks, along with a futon. The unit comprises two full bathrooms, both accessible from the main hallway, which have been updated to feature granite vanity countertops and tiled shower/tub combinations. Located on the third floor of the building, guests can use the shared elevator for easy access. PARKING: Only two designated spots are available. The complex is ideally situated adjacent to the Rendezvous Event Center, which hosts a variety of music, culinary, and fitness events throughout the summer. In the winter, the Rendezvous Event Center transforms into a sledding hill suitable for individuals of all ages. Guests can conveniently stroll the half block to Main Street in the downtown area or utilize the complimentary town shuttle, making it an excellent ski getaway or summer retreat for couples or small families. The Trailhead Lodge clubhouse offers a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor grilling area, a game room, a fitness room, a hot tub and an outdoor pool, available throughout the year. Smoking is prohibited. The regulations set forth by the Homeowner Association explicitly forbids guests from smoking on the premises. These regulations are rigorously enforced. Any guests found smoking on the property will incur a fine of 200 for each day of violation. We are surprised right away that the unit said 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom was a closet with bunkbeds. The door was a barn door and when we opened it, the door almost fell on our friends head. We tried to make the best of it. The next day the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd level. The elevator was broken the the duration of our stay. My husband uses a cain and was hobbling down and up the stairs. He missed the concert all together on Sunday because he could not do it anymore. We called after we came back because I did not want to spend hours on the phone with this issue, to see how we can be compensated because he missed the show and they response was we should have called when we were there. When we were at the condo, there was other people complaining and it did not change a thing because the elevator was still broken. ##### alla r. We had one person trying to work remotely who couldn't (had to go to the library one day). We had another person trying to take an online college final who had to go to the busy chaotic clubhouse to do it. There is VERY loud construction next door SEVEN days a week from 6am to 6pm--100% of the time, no waxing and waning. They are building a whole other set of condos so don't expect this to end anytime soon. This was EXTREMELY disruptive. Supply of paper products (TP and facial tissue) was way too low for a 7-day stay. The place is nice and very clean, but the lack of internet access and constant construction noise pretty much ruined it for us. ##### Tracy D. The ski bus stop was only a block away and made it easy getting to and from the resort each day. We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The community also had a nice heated pool and hot tub, which we used after skiing each day.
