Each unit comes with standard amenities such as four-panel interior alder doors and trim, pendant-style lighting, and an energy-efficient radiant heating system. Perfectly located in downtown Winter Park, these townhomes are close to a variety of activities, shops, restaurants, and the complimentary town shuttle service. This condominium includes one bedroom and one bathroom, featuring an open floor plan that covers 681 square feet. The unit is enhanced with hardwood flooring throughout, except for the bedroom, which is newly carpeted and pet-friendly. The open-concept design boasts 9-foot ceilings, paired with a charming kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and alder wood cabinetry, making it ideal for cooking enthusiasts. The living room is equipped with a spacious and comfortable sofa, a gas fireplace, a 48-inch flat-screen HDTV, and a cozy dining area that seats four guests. Access to the private patio is available from the living room through sliding glass doors, which include seating arrangements and a BBQ grill. The bedroom features a generous closet, a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen HDTV, and direct access to a private patio. The main bathroom is fitted with new countertops and a shower/tub combination. Please be aware that air conditioning is not provided. Additionally, there is parking available for one vehicle in the garage. Smoking is prohibited. The location was fabulous, although the directions we received were confusing and inaccurate. While the living room furniture was as advertised and comfortable and the kitchen was clean and well stocked, the carpets were HEAVILY stained, the bathroom was dirty (hair in the shower, debris on the counter and in the sink), and the bedroom was so uncomfortable. The mattress is incredibly old and uncomfortable, and the pillows are ancient. There were extra pillows in the closet, but no pillow cases, so we couldn't even use multiple pillows to make it more comfortable.Overall, the location is impeccable, and I'm so grateful for a pet-friendly VRBO. When I contacted the management company, I was told I would need to purchase internet access myself — a misleading and unreasonable expectation for a short-term rental.More concerning were the unclean and unsanitary conditions of the unit. There were visible pet stains on the carpets, clumps of someone else’s hair left in the shower, and a non-functioning drain that caused standing water while bathing. The bed sheets were covered in dog fur, and both the sheets and sofa had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the space feel neglected and unwelcoming.Additionally, the pillows provided were not in any condition to be used. They appeared to be extremely old, lumpy, and unsanitary — as if someone found a 30-year-old pillow in a relative’s attic and thought it could be repurposed. It was in a convenient but quiet part of Winter Park. Everything was clean and worked great.
