Jun 19, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Fun filled time in Winter Park Beautiful home with great views, well appointed, and great location! Responsive to request for hot tub water top-off. We hiked the Fraser trail, Biked Fraser to Granby and horseback riding in nearby Grand Lake. Easy walks to great coffee spots, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. All in all, a great family trip. So much to see and do, and never enough time. Our teens were happy to have the basement floor with the bunks, a queen bedroom, and a sitting area and the adults loved our upper floor rooms with beautiful views. The whole place was well stocked and very comfortable. The location was in downtown Winter Park and just a short drive to the mountain. ##### Tracy S. Jul 4, 2023 #### Summer Stay We so enjoyed our stay with Winter Park Escapes. The townhome was so clean, had an amazing location and had everything we needed. The hosts were attentive and helped us out when we needed - we had one issue with a bedroom. Maintenance was out within two hours and it was fixed. While a lot of stairs, the home was perfect for 5 kids and 8 adults - we all had enough space, especially with the different floors (lots of stairs!).
