It was clear that the stove had been jury-rigged and should have been replaced, or at the very least disclosed before renting out. There didn't appear to be carbon monoxide detectors. The entire environment caused us anxiety about the safety of our family.In addition, the management company responses were inadequate and didn’t acknowledge the impact to our stay, especially given it is priced as a luxury stay.There were other challenges - one of the toilets was leaking as well. ##### Sue C. Easy walks to great coffee spots, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. All in all, a great family trip. So much to see and do, and never enough time. Fridge circuit breaker tripped before we got there. Cleaned up water and reset. Seems to be functioning. Good property well located for Winter Park CO and family. There are a lot of stairs so that is something to be aware of when booking. Overall unit was clean. Unfortunately the garage was broken so we could not ustilize it during our stay. ##### Kimberly B. Our teens were happy to have the basement floor with the bunks, a queen bedroom, and a sitting area and the adults loved our upper floor rooms with beautiful views. The whole place was well stocked and very comfortable. The location was in downtown Winter Park and just a short drive to the mountain. ##### Tracy S.
