Walking distance to shops and restaurants of Winter Park. Short five minute drive to WP ski resort and Mary Jane. Walk to a nice walking/hiking trail behind the neighborhood. Parking for two vehicles in garage and on site community lot for 4-5 cars, depending on how much snow is piled up. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Plenty of towels, shampoos etc. Take note this property requires all guests to be able to walk stairs as it’s 4 levels of living. Super cool rooftop deck w spectacular views.
