The location was beautiful however due to COVID, many places closed early. As for our stay in the townhouse, it was very nice, however when we arrived it was not cleaned prior. The Kitchen has crumbs on the floor and the counter had sticky stuff on it. The bathroom had hair in the shower and didn’t look clean. The bedrooms were dusty and I called to report it and no one ever called me back. It was very noisy due to all the construction just steps from us. They are building so much that it took away the views from the property. The top level and views of the mountains are beautiful. The “free” or included activities were not existent. It’s advertised that you get 1 free activity per day for 1 person. I figured I would take advantage of it and save a little since we had 5 of us. I called to book and they couldn’t find my reservation and many of the activities were not available (for summer). I tried again a couple days later and the rep had me on the phone for an hour and didn’t know anything about the available services. She had to keep putting me on hold to ask questions. When I tried to make the reservation, they only had room for 1 person (the free person) on very day we were there. Needless to say, I called nearby areas and paid out of pocket for all 5 of us to participate. Overal, the property is very nice and comfortable.
