Heart of downtown Winter Park. Access to Winter Park resort via most Lift bus lines. Very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. -Staff were very good! They went out of their way to bring us two humidifiers when requested. There also was an issue with the garage door code that they fixed easily. -Having a private hot tub is amazing. Jets are powerful. -The 2 upstairs bedrooms are comfortable. Having laundry and a full kitchen was very helpful for our family. Cons: -Kitchen and bathroom amenities could be higher quality for the price paid. Would be nice to have a better coffee machine, matching glassware, better cookware, full sized soaps and shampoos, etc. -As others have mentioned, the garage is very narrow (true for all units in the complex) and parking the car into it is a challenge as there's very little room to maneuver cars on the narrow road in front. -There's construction next door. Our family of four (adults) had a wonderful stay with plenty of space and three full baths. The location is great with a short walk to the Miller Rd. shuttle stop. And, despite the hot tub not working (disappointing for sure since it was part of the appeal when deciding on a rental property), we were granted access to the rec center nearby. While not the same as being able to use a private hot tub at any time, it was at least a solid gesture.
