It’s right in the heart of town so convenient to everything, including the ski resort. This was the fourth condo we,ve stayed in as this property, and it was as good as any of the others. It was a perfect location. I didn't catch the part where it stated it did not have AC. With a 2nd level unit on the west side of the building it got very hot inside. One of the bedroom windows was broken upstairs and could not be opened. It wasn't a huge issue because the other window opened, but we didn't get enough air flowing in that room. Had I caught the no AC part I would not have booked it for a summer stay, so that was my fault. Also there is a pub across the street that had a live band Friday/Saturday night. They played until 11:00 pm, it was obnoxious and way too loud. We struggled to relax after a long day with crappy bands blasting music across the street. Also this location has a lot of traffic noise. Another thing that was insane was additional $435 VRBO host fee. During booking they get you excited with the $500 worth of free activities when booking your stay. Which we used a couple of those complimentary services. But with the $435 host fee, I don't believe those are actually complimentary. Again, this is a great location, most things are in walking distance and there is a free shuttle service. I'd consider staying here again, but not during the summer. ##### Wendy L.
