The first morning, we noticed the coffee pot had a crack in the carafe so we notified Winter Park Escapes and they delivered a new one same day. Our first words when we walked in were, “Wow, score!” The place is spotless, bright, nicely-decorated and large enough to allow two people to take their separate work calls in peace and quiet. The beds and couches are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. It’s a corner unit on the first floor which has benefits and drawbacks. The benefits are easy loading and unloading and quick exits for dog walks. The drawbacks are the noise and the exterior lights. The noise comes from the building’s front door (adjacent to the primary bedroom) and side door (adjacent to the secondary bedroom). Proximity to food and services is great - the market is right across the street and restaurants are within a short walk. The stunning decor was the first sign of how wonderful this property was for us! The primary bedroom is huge! The photos really don’t do it justice. Hooks and benches everywhere for your things from the entrance into the bedrooms then in the bathroom as well! The bathroom is huge w 2 sinks, walk in shower & lots of room to share space with. The gigantic walk in closet with 2 luggage racks! Hangers galore and an extra giant fan for the room or condo. The bed is incredibly comfortable full of new comfortable pillows! Everything is in pristine condition as you can’t see anywhere in tear on anything. The furniture selection is our aesthetic and really felt like Home. One thing that is not shown is the desk in the corner of the master which made for our work from home day so easy! In the drawers, you’ll find cords and anything you might need for your stay to charge your devices. The kitchen is stocked! With all the condiments and kitchen utensils and appliances you may need! My favorite was the Le Creuset pans that made cooking feel like I was at home! There is no air conditioning which is common in most mountain properties. Kind of surprise given the luxurious new construction that this is, since there is no ac, the 2nd bedroom does get a lot of street noise when the windows are open at night. It is on the first floor and the garage parking spot is a handicap spot. The main thing we hated was the code system to enter bldg & garage. ##### Ritu R. It appears to be new and everything was immaculately clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The internet/wifi worked great so no issues streaming shows and movies on the TVs in the condo. Comfortable couch in the living room with a nice and very warm fireplace. Never had any issues with warm/hot water. Short walk to restaurants, gas station and a grocery store. The only “negative” was dealing with the lock system to get into building and then into the condo. There are two entrances into the building. One is a side entrance at the top of some stairs. The lock device on that door doesn’t work well (as we discovered on arrival). The lock on the other “main” entrance works much better and so did the lock on the condo unit but the style is a pain. It was a pain but the condo is so great that it’s worth it. I also would have preferred more towels but it wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely stay here again. ##### John D. Feb 7, 2023 #### Perfect Location, Beautifully Decorated, Spacious Interior We had a great time at the Hideaway Station. The location is great, we walked to dinner every night, took public trans to the mountain every morning, and never had to get inside of our car for anything. The interior of the unit is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. The entire place is well kept and we would absolutely come back! ##### Ariel L. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a family of 5 with three adult children. Jul 10, 2023 #### Highly recommend Had an awesome time at Winter Park. The Condo we stayed in at the Loft 101 was amazing and very clean. hot tub was also a plus. Our condo was right by all the restaurants and attractions which made it really nice. It's also right by a shuttle bus pickup to take you straight to Winter Park ski resort. It’s a beautiful property. Well maintained and equipped with everything one could need. The only downfall is the keypad to get in and out of the garage, front door and the building.
