This unit has 492 square feet, non-smoking and no pets allowed unit. The condo is an end unit at the corner of the building. \*\*Please note\*\* this unit DOES NOT have a fireplace. NO AIR CONDITIONING The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD and cable. The couch in the living room has a queen sofa sleeper and small dining table. The kitchenette has just been recently updated with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and a custom tiled back splash. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and a closet so that you can hang up your clothes. This unit is on the 1st floor of the building. The free town shuttle stop is a few steps away but you can also walk to Main Street which is 2 blocks away to enjoy all the downtown restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities. The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike. Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay. The sofa was saggy and the hide a bed mechanism was bent, making the mattress curve like a nest. The bed is a full, not a queen as advertised. The front door is drafty. We turned the refrigerator off at night since it was too noisy to sleep near. We really appreciated the first floor, end unit location. The rec center is a great amenity. It was impossible to maintain a steady temperature in the unit due to condition of thermostat. 4\. The kitchen chairs were the equivalent of sitting on four round sticks, squared and covered with a piece of fabric, very very uncomfortable. 5\. The bathroom bathtub was obviously recently remodeled and at best is the equivalent of patchwork with the exception of the surround, tub itself and enclosure. 6\. The kitchen upper cabinets would not fully open due to hitting the furr down. 7\. The oven door would not open without striking the wall. 8\. A ceiling fan would have been very helpful with the erratic temperature and insufficient lighting issue.9\. There seem to be a lot of clutter with the TV equipment etc. 10\. No broom 11\. When we folded out the hideaway mattress in the couch there was a piece of uncooked pasta in the mattress and one of the springs were broken causing the mattress to drop down below the frame.My kids told me to give you a 1in a scale from 1 to 10, I am going to give the overall experience a 3.On a positive note the hot water heater performed awesome, we were not ever without hot water. ##### Patrick W.
