Achieve your Rocky Mountain dream vacation with a stay in Founders Pointe located at the base of Winter Park Ski Resort. Enjoy the style and comfort this spacious studio offers. We have recently refurnished this condo with a mountain-modern flare. The space accommodates a king size bed, couch with a full-size memory foam pull out bed, and a gas fireplace. The fully outfitted kitchenette includes a 2-burner cooktop, compact refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster. Free WIFI, on-site ski locker, and secure bike storage. Heated underground parking is available to all guests from the HOA for an additional fee. Just steps away from the building, Winter Park’s new 10-person gondola (complete in December 2018) will quickly whisk you away for a day of adventure. After a long day of skiing or mountain biking, retire to panoramic mountain views while soaking in the outdoor 20-person hot tub on the 3rd floor amenity deck which also includes a large outdoor fireplace and 2 gas grills. We took the train and the property is just on the other side of the lodge, so it was easy to get to. We used rental lockers at the base for our arrival and departure day, but we only had a carry-on and backpacks. Great location across from the slopes. Quiet, clean, and perfect for a weekend. We arrived on the Winter Park Express on Friday and back late Sunday afternoon. If you arrive before checkin, you can leave your stuff in the lobby of Zephyr and take off skiing until check in. Highly recommend renting skies at the base of winter park. Other rental locations require a shuttle ride. Shuttles are right outside the complex. Very few ubers in winter park and at times, there are zero ubers. Take the gondola to the Sunspot to enjoy food and music 4-7\. Overall, great stay, good location, easy walking distance to the base. Host provided great communication. ##### Amy R. While a studio is cozy for four, we knew that going in and were well prepared. The space is thoughtfully furnished (no unnecessary items taking up space) and worked well for our family. We LOVED being able to walk back to the condo for lunch and a quick rest before hitting the slopes again in the afternoon. You cannot fathom how amazing this location is until you get there. It's an easy walk to the base area. We cooked all our meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 3 dinners) in the kitchenette area. We brought our own toaster oven, but all other items we needed were available. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
