The rooftop hot tub with expansive views was a special treat (wintertime ski visit). Bedding was comfortable and clean. Bedrooms and bed setup would be perfect for two families with two kids each. Furnishings were comfortable and sufficient to accommodate our group. Bus to Winter Park is a short walk through the complex, as are several restaurants - once we stocked up on groceries it was not necessary to drive anywhere. Even though the unit is in the middle of the action, it is not on Highway 40 so it's much quieter than other units in this complex. Two caveats: 1) the condo is split over four levels if you include the garage on the ground level and spa/deck on the top so there are three flights of stairs involved, and 2) if you have a large vehicle, getting inthe garage is a very tight fit due to the sharp 90 degree turn to get into it with the way the drive aisle is plowed in the winter (overnight parking on the fronting street is not permitted November-April). It would have been nice to have TV's in all bedrooms. The construction around it was a big negative and you are not told there is construction around the back & side! Did get tired of seeing porta potties & heavy equipment. The garage is extremely hard to get in & out of, with all the snow! And the only way to get into the condo is through the garage, So when we walked to dinner, we would always have to walk to the back of the condo (which is not convenient) to open the door.
