Apr 7, 2024 #### Quiet neighborhood and dog friendly! Second time staying in this neighborhood and first time in this condo. It’s walking distance to downtown, it’s dog friendly, it’s on the river which has a great trail that runs along it. The rec center, pool, hot tubs, pool table, decent little gym that has just about everything you need. The condo is tiny and not big enough for a family with 3 big teenagers. The kitchen has no oven or dishwasher and the refrigerator is a small sized unit made to fit in the postage stamp of a kitchen. I really appreciate that they allowed us to bring our dog, the couch was big and comfortable, the queen bed was also very comfortable. We loved the wood fireplace (bring your own wood!) The closets were filled with stuff so we couldn’t hang anything and the DVD player was broken. This place could be much improved with a few minor changes. It’s a good size for a couple or maybe a small family with little kids but not 5 adults. I should have read the description more closely and I would have known how small it was and that there was no oven or dishwasher so that’s on me. Personally I would not rent this unit again but it could be perfect for you! Just trying to leave an honest review. ##### Sandi G.
