The complimentary town shuttle stops right in front of the building, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of outdoor fun. The open floor plan showcases newly installed flooring throughout the entire unit, featuring hardwood in the kitchen and bathroom, and fresh carpeting in the main living area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing while watching the flat-screen TV and enjoying the picturesque views of the town and the Continental Divide. A double Murphy bed can accommodate two guests and can be discreetly separated from the main area by a pull curtain for added privacy. Furthermore, a Queen sofa sleeper is also available in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, featuring a compact breakfast bar that seats two, along with a dining table that can accommodate an additional two guests. This unit is situated on the first floor of the building. It is important to note that this unit does not include a fireplace or a private balcony. The building was decent but had a strong odor when you entered. The parking lot needs to be clearly stated where to park. A maintenance man attempted to fix it but the fix didn’t work. They offered a mini fridge but they never delivered it, and refused to allow me pick up a mini fridge from the main office. We night food before the pass on our way to the unit but we ended up throwing a lot of it away due to spoilage. Hot tub at the facility was OK, and the parking was good.
