Inside, the condo boasts a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table that seats six, along with additional barstool seating for casual meals. The cozy living room features a fireplace, a TV with cable and streaming services, and comfortable seating for relaxing evenings in. There is an additional blowup bed under the bunk beds, with sheets provided. With amenities like a washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are boot dryers and storage in the front closet with lots of storage. There is a ski locker in the garage available for guest use (no skis allowed in the unit). Please note that there are three flights of stairs to access the unit. Located close to the ski resort and surrounded by hiking and biking trails, this condo is the perfect home base for outdoor enthusiasts. Covered parking is available and first come first served. Whether you're hitting the slopes in the winter or exploring the trails in the summer, this condo is the ideal retreat for your Winter Park adventure. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
