The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, facilitating effortless meal preparation. The spacious dining area, which is connected to both the kitchen and the main living area, offers a pleasant environment for enjoying meals together. On chilly winter days and nights, as well as during the occasional cool summer evening, a gas fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings in the living room provide a comfortable area to unwind and watch the flat-screen TV, with easy access to the private patio from this ground-floor unit. Additionally, the cozy couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning. The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and guests can make use of the second full bathroom located in the main hallway. Guests can conveniently access the complimentary town shuttle stop situated just a few steps from the condominium, as well as easily walk to the clubhouse amenities available on the premises.
