After checking in we went to get our rental skis and immediately locked ourselves out of the room. The PM sent someone over to get us new keys right away. Location is perfect to just walk to gondola to start the day. Bed/kitchen/etc all worked great. Our only minor issue was the "sleeps 4". I assumed it was a foldout couch but it was actually an air matress that seemed to have a hole bc it wouldn't hold air. My teenage son had to sleep on the couch so it wasn't that big of a deal.
