This third-floor condo offers easy access to 600 scenic miles of bike trails and is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, bars, and breweries in Winter Park. This building is also located right next to the recreation center with an indoor pool, laundry facility, playground, two hot tubs, a lounge area with a smart TV, a pool table, a computer station, and comfy furnishings, and a fitness center with a weight room, a treadmill, and a stationary bike.  
  
As you enter this charming, mountain abode, you are welcomed by a ski-themed open floor plan. The living area boasts a comfortable leather sofa and an armchair, a wood-burning fireplace to keep you nice and warm during the winter months, and a smart TV with streaming and cable services to stay up to date with your favorite series and movies. Discover a well-equipped kitchen that has all your cooking needs covered with newer cabinets and appliances. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with a smart TV and the full remodeled bathroom can be accessed from the main hallway.  
  
Located three and a half miles away, Winter Park Resort is a premier destination for skiing and snowboarding, with over 3,000 acres of terrain suitable for all skill levels. Enjoy groomed runs, moguls, tree skiing, and terrain parks. Explore the serene winter landscape of Winter Park on snowshoes or cross-country skis. Trails are available for all abilities, from beginner to advanced, and offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
