With an open living room, dining area, and two spacious bedrooms, this condo is perfect for any occasion. Bed Configuration: Main bedroom - Queen bed Second bedroom - Twin bunk beds and separate Full bed Notes about this property; \- We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. \- This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet. \- For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection.
