« There were small roaches all around, when we got there our room was not ready.when I complain about the 2 hours late for our new room the lady in charge was very rude in front of other customers. The officer front office was locked all the time we have to stand up and know until someone will show up, this place is ridiculous, I am giving up on Expedia twice already very disappointed, last time was in Kissime/Orlando. Parking was ok, but one of my hubcap was taken, we have to leave a day early...

« I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. The conditions were completely unsanitary and unsafe. There were cockroaches in the room, and I also found bugs in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep there. The bed sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, and the entire hotel—including the room—had a strong, unpleasant odor. The air conditioning did not work, making the room very uncomfortable. « The bathtub needed cleaning or replaced the paint was coming off of the bathtub, the microwave look like it had not been clean in months, and the ironing board needs to be replaced or cleaned really good. Overall stay was not bad just need to clean better. »

« pas terrible comme endroit , chambre vraiment ordinaire , pour le déjeuner il n’y avait vraiment pas grand chose , il restait un muffin , pas de toast ou de confiture, la personne qui s’occupait du buffet s’occupait en même temps de la réception , beaucoup de monde au déjeuner et pas grand chose à manger , nous sommes allés déjeuner au restaurant. Vraiment décevant comme endroit, nous retourneront pas à cet hotel »

« Séjour correct, literie confortable, endroit très calme. Par contre, dans les chambres il manque cruellement d'accessoires. Chambre prévue pour 4, il manquait des fourchettes, 1 télécommande sur 2 dans la chambre, pas de passoire pour les pâtes. Alors que c'est vendu avec sevice de cuisine complète. La chambre n'était pas très propre non-plus, rien de dramatique, mais bon vu le prix de la chambre.... Le petit déjeuner est très correct, une deuxième machine a gaufres ne serait pas un luxe.
