Had to move rooms at 9pm due to a toilet issue. Hair in both bathrooms. Nice kitchen and comfy beds with lots of room.

Good hotel! Good location
Close to downtown Winter Haven, and while it is kind of hidden away, it is in a good location. You have to look out for it, it’s tucked away between buildings. Great room, great service, no complaints!

The hotel was brand new. Very large and nice room. Staff service very gentle at check in. Excellent breakfast service. BUT... No housekeeping service during weekends. We had to clean our own room and do the beds. Even paying a higher rate on weekend days. We were told that room cleaning should be asked 2 days in advance... So we stayed a weekend. Even asking the same friday night during check in, the room would be cleaned on sunday after check out. Other issue. Our toilette was clogged and the service we were provided was just handed a plunger and we had to unclogged it by ourselves. No handyman service during weekends either...

We do apologize to hear of the issue with not receiving housekeeping service during your stay. As an extended stay hotel we do not provide service on the weekends unless requested so we will be looking in to this and following up accordingly. We do also apologize to hear of the service provided with having the clogged toilet and just being handed a plunger and having to take care of the situation yourself. We will be making sure this is addressed as well and to see why this was not taken care of for you as our engineer may have left for the day when this was requested but non the less this will be addressed. We do hope that you can give us another chance to show you that this stay and the service provided was a one time exception and to show you what we are truly made of.Thank you

I called the front desk in the morning to ask our room to be serviced. They assured me they will come make the bed, take out the garbage and bring new towels. No one came in the morning. When we were leaving for the day around noon, I went to the front desk to request housekeeping again. They assured me someone is coming. We came back to the room around 6pm and nothing was done. I went to the front desk again and they reassured me once again that housekeeping is on their way right now. We came back after dinner and again, nothing was done in our room. Our room had no clean towels, no toilet paper. No garbage was taken and the beds were not made. By that time, housekeeping staff had left already and they just gave me new towels and we just had to stay in the room filled with garbage and dirty towels. They did not even have enough clean towels and had to go look for them. Clearly, there is no desire to provide housekeeping service during the stay even when requested multiple times and promised. Plus they had dirty plates and cutlery to use for breakfast. Unreliable staff and service. Never again.

Wow! This place was fantastic. There were not many reviews but I booked on a whim and it FAR exceeded my expectations. We stayed for 2 nights as a family while visiting Legoland (12-14 min drive away). The hotel was so incredibly clean and really nice! The free breakfast was so good! Bacon or sausage, omelettes, cereal, juices, coffee, hot chocolate, lots of fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, scones and more. The beds were very comfortable. The design of the hotel was lovely and it even smelled new. Customer service was excellent. I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness and couldn’t even mention one improvement if I tried! Can’t wait to stay again hopefully soon. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful! Super friendly, they truly care if your stay was good. SUPER clean & comfy- whole facility!! They even have contact cases, toothbrushes/paste & things that we all forget in the lobby for sale. Dove products in the bathrooms. No makeup wipes so bring those or they are for sale! Spacious room though with coffee maker & coffee to go in it! Brittni checked us in and she was very nice! Parking was easy! Plenty of room! Breakfast was omlets, pancakes, sausage patties, some baked goods, yogurt/cold bar & cereal. Heated pool outside with grills & firepit. Kitchen had everything in it you’d need to make a meal: toaster, dinner ware/silverware, pots/pans/strainer, and mixing bowls.

This is a great new hotel, spacious, clean, 15 min away from Legoland. Had a kitchen which was a plus for my family since I have little kids. Modern construction and smell so clean everywhere. I will definitely come back soon.
