The two living spaces (living room and den that connected to the kitchen) were useful so the kids could play in the living room and the adults hung out in the den. When we first arrived we were a little surprised by how close the outdoor restaurant was and were concerned about noise but it was great! Everything is clean and towels so fluffy. It has plenty of seating areas for work and casual entertaining. We liked that there are a few eateries within walking distance. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the bar/ restaurant behind the house is very noisy. Tuesday evening they were having a dance lesson; the music and people kept going for hours. Has everything needed. Clean and well appointed. We were attending a conference at the Benton Convention Center. So quick to drive. Came back for one lunch and all dinners. Sat on the porch on the 2 swing chairs. Lively Restaurant Terrace in the back of the house but all quiets down around 10 pm, didn’t bother us. We absolutely enjoyed our stay The beds are heavenly.
