My band played in town. We met the front desk guy and he was awesome. We didn’t go to the room and went straight to the show. We arrived back at 3 am. Parking lot was full of drug dealers and prostitutes. There were used needles all over the ground in the parking lot. The door did not close properly and the air conditioning unit did not work properly. The room smelled like smoke and body odor. There was paper stuffed all into the smoke detector and the fire sprinkler. The sink would not stop running. The toilet seat had a bolt broken off of it, and it would not stay on the toilet. You could not lock the bathroom door. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a motel room. Stay away!!

The staff is rude and not helpful. I stayed six days and my room was not cleaned one time. I had to go to the office to get toilet paper and towels. I had a leaking faucet in my bathtub that left water in tub resulting in mold. I would never stay here ever again. I requested a queen bed and was given 2 single beds. One night around 2am a hooker accidentally knocked on my door. There are drug dealers walking the property offering drugs. There were drug users constantly running in and out of the rooms. This was my birthday week and a friend paid for my trip. My whole trip was ruined. Do not stay here unless you have no other options!

They put me next to a roomful of losers who apparently live there full time, with a nasty obscene sign on the door warning the world not to knock, who kept blaring loud obnoxious music LITERALLY all night to dawn. I couldn't sleep at all. STAY AWAY from this hole.

I stay at many cheap hotels during my work travels, this one has been the worst even though its not even the cheapest. Bedside Lights in my room didn’t work, there was dried black sputum on the clock on my side table, pieces of hair on towels. worst of all the fire alarm went off around 2:30am, extremely loud and anxiety inducing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Also, no coffee.

Floor covered with debris upon check-in that never got cleaned. Extremely harsh, cheap lighting. Rather noisy clientele active at odd hours. However, the (apparently new) management seem committed to improving the place.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the property was worn and not well cleaned. The kitchens were not furnished and the rooms didn't have any dishes or coffe makers / electric kettles.

Terrible!!! RUN!!!
This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! The pictures online are very deceiving! The rooms look nothing like the pictures because they are "updating" the rooms. It is true, they are making changes. But, I don't think they are making improvements. In the meantime, they have mattresses, recliners and furniture piled in the parking lot and lining the hallways! There is trash everywhere. The floors were sticky! There are loitering "guests" roaming the hallways and sitting in cars! When I got to my room, I could immediately tell the ac was not working correctly. I reported this numerous times. They never fixed it. They just gave me a recirculating fan. They did try to fix my ac. The reason I know this is because upon return to my room, the bed had been moved away from the ac, the drapes were left open and the room smelled like smoke! The maintenance man SMOKED in my room!!! I heard another guest complain about the same thing. Terrible place!! Run!!

we feel sorry for the incovinence had during your stay with us.we recollect your stay with us on the day of the check in. we gave you two room keys to you and your other friend guest and your friend opted to stay in the room it was given but you said you do not want the room we had given and front desk gave you the keys of other to check is it ok for your preference of having a room in the back side of our property.after your cofirmation the room was given to you.when you said you have problem with the air conditioner again we offered you to change a new room for your satisfaction,but denied and asked the front dest to give you fan.next day our maintenance didinot find any issues with the airconditioner and again we offered another room for you change but said your are good at the same room.ours is an extended stay it has kitchen inside where guests can cook inside.ours rooms is non smoking,if any person smokes inside the room the fire alarm goes off.we never had any instances from your room on our alarm systems during your stay.we will make sure to give you best services in your next stay with us.
