It is located steps away from Wake Forest Baptist Hospital and a mile from downtown and the Winston Salem Arts District. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. This second floor apartment has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make breakfast, lunch or dinner! You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups. There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and king-size bed in the bedroom.
