This fully furnished studio offers relaxed living. This studio sleeps 2 (Queen Bed), off-street parking.  
Enjoy the privacy of our Studio with independent access, quiet, with lots of light. Private bathroom, kitchenette with appliance and refrigerator, closet space, access to laundry room and free Wi-Fi.  
Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster (coffee, and sugar as complimentary). Pots and pans.  
The space  
This q roomy Studio is off-street and just walking distance from Baptist Hospital and Ronald McDonald House of Winston-Salem, three minutes driving to downtown, five minutes to I-40, there is Cloverdale Plaza that has Panera Bread, Harris Teeter, CVS and much more for your stay.  
Other things to note  
Parking is available off to street on front of the house, there is more parking available if is necessary in the driveway of the house.  
The washer and dryer are available in the basement, detergent is provided if needed.
