This historic 1913 home has been completely renovated. Features a side porch with a view of downtown and rear deck. Convenience, convenience convenience.... Walking distance to the Arts District as well as multiple restaurants, bars and local shops. Minutes from Wake Forest, NC Baptist Hospital, BB&T Field. Includes Washer/Dryer, Cable TV and high speed internet. Freshly updated to include new paint, refinished floors, new stainless steel appliances and the list goes on. Lots of special touches throughout the space such as custom bath vanities and unique lighting. Two bedrooms have a King bed and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. You have access to the entire space. We do not live in this property but do live in Winston so we are close by if personally needed. Located in the historic district as well as walking distance to the Art district, shops and restaurants. This property is a duplex.
