"Upon arrival checking in was a breeze. The night attendant was sweet. I can’t recall his name. The room was clean. The only issue one of the sheets had a tear/hole on it. Breakfast never made it Parking was easy a lot of room to park."

"The staff here is great; the location is great to just about anything you need to do in and around WS. Lots of food options, mall right across the street, 40 min from a great hiking spot. Place was relatively clean, good place to crash for a night or two."

"Our room was very spacious and clean! The staff is very pleasant and helpful! However, we were told by staff during our stay that this hotel would be closing as of June 1, 2026. I was very sad to hear that because this hotel is close to several areas that we frequent when we visit Winston-Salem as well as friends nearby. This stay was our 2nd and we planned to stay here during our future visits. I hope the staff has good luck in their future endeavors for employment as one lady informed me that she had been there 8 years and loved her position there!"
