And Kenzie was so helpful in sorting out a problem with Vrbo, not of our making! And then when I couldn't find the property she immediately responded and helped me find it. "Pour un Hilton, la qualité n'est pas au top, le ménage n'est pas fait sous les lits. Pour l'accès à la chambre, ça dépends où vous etes sinon il faut traverser des couloirs, monter au 2eme puis descendre au 1er, bref c'est assez compliqué de s'y retrouver. La photo de la façade est alléchante mais c'est juste une petite partie, la partie des chambres n'est pas superbe comme on pourrait le penser. Literie très dure."
