This beautifully renovated apartment is located in the heart of downtown Winooski, next to a picturesque river park, and just 2 minute walk from the best bars and restaurants in town.  
  
Originally built in the early 1900s as a pawn shop, its 2022 upgrades include a large kitchen, pantry, two bathrooms, a full laundry area, and a storage loft. It offers three cozy bedrooms with queen beds and a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room, combining historical character with modern amenities.  
The space  
This stunningly renovated apartment in Winooski, Vermont, presents an ideal blend of historical charm and modern luxury. Perfectly located at the base of the Winooski Rotary and The Winooski Falls Park along the Winooski River, it offers an unmatched location for exploring the vibrant city and its natural surroundings.  
  
Dating back to the early 1900s, the building's rich history as a former pawn shop adds a unique character to your stay. Its walls, steeped in the past, now enclose a space that's been thoughtfully updated to meet todays creature comforts, following a significant renovation in 2022.  
  
The heart of the apartment is a spacious kitchen. The 2022 renovations expanded this area significantly, creating a culinary haven equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, extensive counter space, and a cozy ambiance. It's an inviting setting for preparing meals, whether you're a cooking enthusiast or just looking for a casual dining experience with your companions.  
  
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large pantry which contains the necessities such as spices, flour, salt, sugar, cooking oils, etc.
