Ensure pets (if permitted) do not get on the bed if their paws are dirty. Stained linens will incur a replacement fee. If sheets, pillowcases, or towels are excessively stained and cannot be restored, a charge will apply. Eviction Policy Any violation of these house rules may result in eviction and a penalty fee of a minimum of $150\.
