It was nice for us as we had to evacuate our community and I needed to come to Winnipeg for a few days for some medical appointments. Thankfully this rental was available. After a full day of errands it was great to have a calm quiet place to myself. Neighborhood easy to access and had everything I needed nearby. It is also located near many parks including an off leash park and the Assiniboine Forest. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. David was very responsive when we called. Owner very communicative and quick responses. Occupancy is listed as max 4 occupants however there is an additional charge for the 4th person (we are a family of 4) which I did not see on booking or missed when I booked. The décor is lovely and makes the space feel welcoming the moment you walk in. The bed was super comfortable, and the suite was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. All the small, thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. The host was very friendly and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for both arrival and departure. Getting around Winnipeg was simple with the transit system, and Uber was always an easy backup. Overall, a wonderful stay.
