Fantastic Host
Unfortunately with the coranovirus outbreak we did not get to stay but Egilio is fantastic to work with. He was very understanding of our last minute decision to cancel our trip and get home to socially distance for the safety of others and ourselves. He was kind enough to offer us complimentary nights when we are able to rebook our trip for hopefully this summer. Thank you!

Great stay in Osborne Village Winnipeg!
Wonderful condo, location and amenities including underground parking. Osborne Village is a great neighborhood and we had easy walking to restaurants, grocery, shops, etc. The property manager was fantastic and responsive -- we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Close to Family in Winnipeg
The condo suited our needs very well. We appreciated the check in and check out details (very organized and seamless). The condo had everything we needed - lots of dishes, glasses, cutlery, cookware, etc. It also included things like paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, etc. It’s nice not to have to buy those things for a short stay. Everything worked well. I was glad that I had brought slippers because the floors felt cold. We loved the underground parking because it was secure and we were able to step into a warm car. The only small thing was that parking on the street is so limited. When we had a guest over it was very difficult for him to find a parking spot. Thanks, Egilio for your kindness.

Great condo in a very central location
We really enjoyed our 6-night stay here and Emilio's hospitality. Osborne Village is only about a mile from downtown Winnipeg and the Forks. The Assiniboine Park and Zoo are only about 15 minutes away. There are a large number of restaurants (including an amazing dessert place called Baked Expectations) and a supermarket within walking distance. The condo itself was very clean and check-in was really easy. The unit has a private parking space which is nice because this is a really dense neighborhood. The main level has floor to ceiling windows (which our 1 year old loved being able to look out) and you don't really notice much traffic noise from the busy neighborhood. There were plenty of items in the kitchen to make meals and there's a grill and small seating area on the balcony. The one thing that caught us by surprise is that this is a 2-story condo (living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs). There are entrances to the condo on both levels but if you're travelling with anyone that has difficulty with stairs that could be a challenge unless you leave the unit and take the elevator up a floor. This was no problem for us and our 1 year old loves to show off his stair climbing abilities. If we had any suggestions for the unit it would be to put some curtains in the bedrooms and some more things on walls. The bedrooms can get a little bright in the early morning and the exterior "curtains" don't block the light out much. Additional things on the walls may help with what seemed like a lot of echoing in parts of the condo. We didn't meet Emilio on our stay but he was very easy to communicate with. We did this primarily via text and appreciated him following up at times to make sure things were good. Overall if we come back to Winnipeg in the future we'd stay here again.
