The two story condo is modern and well furnished. The area is interesting and historic as far as Canada is concerned. It's an easy walk to downtown and not that far to Corydon Avenue/"Little Italy". Insofar as a nearby coffee shop is concerned, I'd recommend "Little Sisters". ##### Kevin M.
