"Efficient and kind staff at check-in, and the room was immaculate. What prompted me to post a review was our time at the pool. It was busy and plenty of kids were zipping around wildly while most parents were absorbed in their phones. I became concerned when a large group of teens went down the water slide together in a jumble. I didn’t want to intervene, but thought I might have to as I was genuinely concerned about the slide’s weight limits. Before the teens had reached the bottom of the slide, a staff member appeared to give them a polite but firm warning. I can’t imagine his job is easy, kids want to have fun and some parents react poorly when a stranger steps into their role! I later noticed the same staff member standing unobtrusively to one side watching the pool area. I appreciated his discernment in allowing the chaos but knowing when to draw the line."

"Just needed somewhere to stay close to the airport before jumping on a flight, but this little gem exceeded all expectations. Super friendly and accommodating staff, good clean facilities and the rooms are very comfortable. Overall a rather surprising great spot."

"Always like ALTs. No pool or hot tub is a sacrifice but the techy rooms are awesome. Chromecast and usb plugs are sweet. Only weurd thing I found with hotels is that the shower stalls never have seals on the doors. So water all over the floor everytime you shower. "

"Safe underground parking. Very clean and quiet. I was in a handicapped room and was very impressed with the set up for folks needing lift ability, not that I needed it."
