Hotel was good. Hotel lobby under upgrades. Make sure u book free breakfast otherwise u pay.

The hotel room was recently renovated and very nice. However the lobby and restaurant are in the middle of a major renovation and it was challenging walking around with a young child in a construction zone.

Great renovated room!

Pros: Newly renovated rooms; comfortable king bed.
Renovated rooms are nice! The lobby is currently being renovated so it is a mess. Will be nice to see when it is done. Good place to stay when in South Winnipeg.

Notice of Construction

Arrived for a conference and found out the hotel was under renovation when we arrived was a bit of a surprise. Also the water to the building was turned off halfway through our conference. Extremely inconvenient. No notice was given when we booked the hotel to indicate a renovation would be occurring during our Conference.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at our hotel. We are in the midst of a renovation in our lobby and restaurant and apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Once in the guest rooms, meeting rooms, pool area and exercise facility there should have been no disturbance as the renovations in these areas was completed last year. I also apologize for the water shut off. This was due to a non renovation related repair which had to be attended to in short order. We did post signage advising our guests of this outage on the day prior. Thank you again, we look forward to being of service to you again in the future.

Good stay in good location

Was a very pleasant stay at his hotel, and staff were excellent. Bathroom was the largest we've seen in a while and beds overall were pretty good and comfortable. We had a decent view of the city from our room - there are plenty of restaurants to choose from around the area, some shopping, and is a short drive to downtown. The are only two downsides: one being the current construction you have to walk through in the lobby, and two: parking is a bit tight unless you park on the highest level. Overall we would stay here again.
