Arrived for a conference and found out the hotel was under renovation when we arrived was a bit of a surprise. Also the water to the building was turned off halfway through our conference. Extremely inconvenient. No notice was given when we booked the hotel to indicate a renovation would be occurring during our Conference.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at our hotel. We are in the midst of a renovation in our lobby and restaurant and apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Once in the guest rooms, meeting rooms, pool area and exercise facility there should have been no disturbance as the renovations in these areas was completed last year. I also apologize for the water shut off. This was due to a non renovation related repair which had to be attended to in short order. We did post signage advising our guests of this outage on the day prior. Thank you again, we look forward to being of service to you again in the future.
