"We checked in to a hotel for the night because our air conditioner wasn’t working at home. Turns out the air conditioner in the hotel room wasn’t working so we ended up moving. Very grateful they were able to accommodate us. The room was damp but still comfortable and the ac worked, the bed was soft but not too bad."

"Only bad thing was some of the other guests were loud and kids a bit too rowdy in the pool with little supervision, but that isn't the staffs fault. Other than that was a great stay."

"Cleanliness was good, and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is that the ice machines don’t always work! Everytime I have stayed in one the ice machine on the floor I’m on is out of service and you have to go to another floor to get, it’s most annoying!!!"
