Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback! You stayed in our exterior building, which is exposed to the elements, wind rain snow. We are just ending our winter season, and plan to deep clean the exterior walls now that the weather is a little more predictable. The drain has a stopper that prevents bigger pieces, such as shampoo caps, to go down the drain. When the water is turned on it will close that stopper. Unfortunately, you need to turn it to allow the water to drain properly.We hope you have a safe and pleasant trip to your final destination!

Very nice room, a little dated but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Disappointed the restaurant wasn’t open.

Always stay here when going through Nevada. Restaurant was under renovation, my mistake for not seeing that. Should be open again in March/April. Sid’s dinner down the street was simple but good food.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your business! It is impossible to double charge a room since the hotel system does not allow it. Your card was authorized by hotels.com to make sure it is good, and then we collect payment when you check in. Sorry for your confusion, but you should see the authorization release.As for the restaurant, the whole property is being renovated. We did put it in our property details on all third party sites that we are under renovations. We do give you the option to take our free shuttle service if you do not want to drive the 4 blocks. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We wanted a hotel with a restaurant and bar, music. We tried to call to make sure they had everything we were looking for but no one answered the phone. I left a message but got no return call. So we booked a room, non refundable and we’re wry dissatisfied to find out the restaurant was closed for remodeling, no food, not even snacks or coffee. After a long drive we just wanted to stay in the hotel and not have to go out again. Very disappointed.

On their web site, they advertised a hot tub and a dining room. They had neither. The dining room was being renovated and, therefore, the place was dirty. When I complained, I was told to "write a bad review because they had plenty of good ones." I would never stay there again.

We discovered after checking in that bedding on one bed was dirty - gross goop that looked like snot on side of bed. Bedroom carpet was stained and not vacuumed. We arrived at night about 9pm, front desk staff person was un-attentive (waited 15 minutes for her attention) and very unfriendly & rude. Restaurant not fully operating although notice on Expedia said it was still open (Nov 25th). When I complained about the bed, manager would not compensate in ANY way - we only asked for a discount on an already inflated price of $170.

Our housekeeping department not only cleans but the executive housekeeper inspects before placing the room to sell. Your story keeps changing more and more. It sounds as if you're making issues up just to get a discount.

Check-in quick and easy, spacious and clean room. Breakfast at restaurant was very good and huge portions. Casino is small but you get free drinks as long as you gamble. Very pet friendly.
