Shower curtain rods falling off the wall, then NO HOT WATER!!! Broken water pipes, complained to EXPEDIA.... then the "management" only approves an $18 refund on a $65 charge... AVOID this broken down, ghetto old and rotting Motel 6. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Manager named Lynne not giving FULL refunds for this MAJOR inconvenience. Weary traveler having to DEAL with incompetence of this nature, then insulted by a sleazy $18 refund... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! My mistake choosing this broken down shack of a "motel"...

Even as just a late night stop and early morning departure, this was not pleasant. The heater made an awful noise every time it shut down and could not be used at night, for it would wake us every time. The toilet mechanism was completely busted and the first time we flushed it ran for a half hour. I reached into the tank and eventually got it to mainly stop, but the mechanism was broken and sprayed water all over every time I needed to do that. Also about the worst, bouncy mattresses I have experienced. The place needs maintenance desperately.

Staff were so nice. Room door was open when I returned from work. Room was dirty. Staff are not property cleaning rooms. Towels where dirty, floors not swept and mopped, toilet had pee on the back of the ring. Yellow stains in the shower, its a good thing i had my own towls and cleaning supplies.

The motel is older. though clean, I notice maintenance issues. my room was on the second floor. some of the steps on the exterior stairs were loose. The backsplash on the bathroom counter was not installed incorrectly. But it is an inexpensive motel and you get what you pay for.

Dissatisfied with our overnight stay. The room felt unclean. Hair on the sheets, floor seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while, towels were stained.Refrigerator was so noisy we had to unplug it during the night in order to sleep. Very tiny room. Would not recommend.

It was a very quick check in! The lock should be updated in the units as when you enter the key card one needs to push the door because you don't get the green light which makes a trip to the front desk to get another one only to find out that you need to do the strong push of the door to open it!

Our room was not clean. There was an unwrapped and clearly used bar of soap in the shower and it did not look clean and the towels were too small. The most disturbing thing was that we found a receipt by the TV in our room. The receipt clearly states that Room 231 was registered to Jose Sierra Marin for 7 nights--Sep 23 through Sep 30. So the date it was registered to us was Sep 26th! What does that mean?! Was it double booked and never cleaned in between? We would like an explanation as soon as possible. (We have a copy of both receipts and can send them to you at your request. I did not know how to attach them here. Thank you.

A decent place to stay for a night.
This Motel 6 offers a decent place to stay at a good price while passing through the area. It is a typical Motel 6, so planning for the basics will give you a nice place to stay. I would like to say that Motel 6 needs to provide better quality pillows. The ones offered were basically lumps covered by fabric. I would be willing to pay a couple extra bucks to have something a bit more substantial.

I was booked for a non-smoking room. The room reeked of cigarettes, the bedspread had cigarette burns. There was no hot water.

We liked the price point & realize that you get what you pay for, but we could not get the bad odor out of our head. It was very dirty, smelled bad, and the upkeep was poor. It was noisy outside (right next to a truck stop) which is something out of their control. A fan in the very dirty bathroom might have helped with the odor that we could not identify.

Husband travels for work, your advertisement pictures shows mini fridge and microwave and there wasn't anything like that in his room. Couldn't keep any of the packed food cold or even heat up after work

It's low cost. Staff was friendly. Saturday night was noisy. Some of the low cost rooms have a microwave & frig. Mine didn't.

The property is old and the conditions aren't the best. Sure, it's a bed and they have running water but not much else. The night I stayed there and I didn't realize this beforehand, it's located right next to a truck stop. To make my point the trucks parked have their refrigerators running all night.... as you can ima gine its not a quiet spot to try to sleep.

I have never stayed at a Motel Six before, and was a little hesitant. But the location and the price was right, and we only needed one night. The room was clean, did have a lingering, smoky smell, but nothing overwhelming. The AC was off when we arrived, but it quickly cooled the room. The beds were springy, not horrible but not great either. The front desk attendant was kind and helpful and never did we feel unsafe. I would stay again next time we were driving through town.

I've been staying at motel six's since I was a little girl. I remember going to them with my dad. And the experience back then was superb. However, I've noticed for the last past 5 years. You're gonna take that they have gone down drastically in their cleanlincustomer service and management. I am not sure what has happened but I have had my fair share of staying at Motel 6 is in the last 5 years that have been disgusting and cleanliness, not to mention cockroach infected and this one in Nevada is the same.

Spent hours trying to log on the internet but my company computer kept blocking the connection because it detected viruses. I finally gave up when I saw roaches on the bed. After that I packed up and left with no refund, good luck sleeping there.

When I arrived they tried to give me an upstairs room, I was traveling with a pet and that makes that a real pain in the neck. I made that clear when I made the reservation a month prior, The lady at the front desk tried to fix the problem and offered me a downstairs room, but it was a smoking room. I conceded due to being tired and hungry. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, just the bare necessities. The outside was a bit off-putting, It was a bit run down and there was a car parked there with all the windows broken out. I just hoped that whoever did that was gone and would not return, There was green space around the motel and it was quiet, The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, although a bit rundown, it was an ok place.

I liked the look of the room, I got the room I reserved with 2 beds, a fridge, and microwave. I checked the bedding for cleanliness and they were clean. The room wasn't very clean and the floor hadn't been mopped for days, there was food stuck to the floor by the beds, there were debris under the desk and beds. The toilet and shower floor had some hideous looking stains. I reserved for 2 guests but got 1 towel and 2 bath mats.
