A small lawn for sunbathing At 150 meters is a nice playground for small children, a little further is a large playing field for e.g. Football or other ball sports.  
The area is ideal for walking and for a nice mountain bike tour the road is close to the house.   
At 2.5 km from the house is a volcanic lake with swimming facilities and supervision.  
In Gillensveld which is 3 km from the house are good restaurants.
