"We really enjoyed this stay. I appreciated the ability to leave tips using a QR code but was misled by it in that it charged a service fee for using this system. This should disclosed in advance and if there is to be any fee, Best Western should pay it."

"The hotel is very nice and the location is good — near some great restaurants and a couple of cool bars. We had a room next to the sidewalk and it was a bit loud. That is our only complaint. Otherwise, it was terrific! ❤️"
