"I will not stay here again, not the worst place but I had a not so good experience. This was my birthday outing which I've not done in my adult life, it was my adult children that decided I should go stay in a hotel and go out to eat and do somethings. First off it could of easily been made better with better instructions for arrival and check in, and how to use the elevators. That would have made the stay a lot better, Staff attitude at the front desk could have been better, information could have been better. They were friendly and talkative with person in front of us, but us they threw 3 bottles of water in a bag and said here. Unfriendly towards me. Room was clean, but the water stunk (maybe from the construction across the road) and caused me a rash. I will say the only thing that really redeemed this hotel was the restaurant and restaurant staff and the breakfast. Food was amazing!!! Staff in restaurant made it better too. Absolutely eat at the restaurant downstairs if you stay here!!!"

"We had a great time while we stayed. The hot tub and pool worked. The staff was very nice and accommodating we our large group. Plan to book next year again while we are there for WWF state championships. "

"We will never be returning to the Edgewater. We had some bad customer service. The car shuttle service was excellent, and the valet staff was friendly and nice. However, the front desk and the general manager failed us. When I called requesting housekeeping, the staff member had a language barrier and didn’t follow through on getting someone to come clean our room. We went two days without housekeeping despite multiple requests. I also asked twice to have the sheets and linens changed, and no one ever showed up. I ended up waking up with a rash on my face from the dirty bedding,. When we returned to our room, towels were everywhere and the garbage was overflowing. The manager showed up seeming like he had a stick up his a**, he was distasteful, dismissive, defensive and accusatory, he seemed offended that we’d ask for fair compensation for a bad experience on our wedding night. The front desk’s failure to follow through and the manager’s hostile attitude really ruined what should have been a memorable experience. 2/10 definitely not recommended."
